This is a great hotel. The room was spacious and clean, the beds very comfortable. The downstairs area, with library / relaxing / work area and a nice bar were particularly nice and helped to create a welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast was outstanding, with very nice gluten free bread on demand and original options such as honeycomb and lovely fresh smoked salmon. The staff were helpful and accommodating of our special requests and the car park is particularly helpful. As a side note, would also strongly recommend the Ma'loa restaurant opposite for a light meal.

This was an absolute 5 star stay!! The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a bar with a delicious cocktail selection and very competent bar man. The location is very central but not too busy and shops were near as well. Our hotel room was very clean and modern which made the stay even more exciting.

We were here for only one night but we had a very nice stay. The bed was very comfortable and the AC was perfect since the weekend we were there the weather was rather warm. The room, although small, was spacious enough for us and it was also very clean. The bathroom was small but clean. The hotel is not far from the city center, definitely easy to reach by foot. I would easily give the hotel a 5 star rating for the AMAZINGLY delicious breakfast.

I traveled from another city where I stayed in a different hotel. It was too noisy and the room was too small there. Was very happy finally to get some rest at the Mercure Hotel! My room at the Mercure was big enough and tidy. There is a lovely park in front of the hotel. The underground parking was also not too busy, easy to find. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Recommended!

This hotel is in silent neighborhood. Even if your room is located on the street side, you will hear little or no traffic. The staff is friendly and helpful. COVID measures are in place, at times they shut down housekeeping unless you specifically request it. My room was clean and modern, equipped with coffee/tea maker and a safe which is big enough for a laptop/tablet. The WI-FI is good and free of charge. There is a great steak place next door and a fancy burger restaurant on the block.

Great location a few minutes walk to the town centre. Clean and comfortable. Staff helpful and friendly. Good secure underground parking garage. Good value for money.

Staff were wonderful and helpful. Helped with a mix up in our booking, parking and organised an early take away breakfast for us too. We don't speak German and their English was super.
